Product Strategy & Consulting

Turn your product idea into a plan worth building

The most expensive mistakes in software happen before any code is written: building for the wrong user, in the wrong order, on the wrong foundation. Our product strategy work brings founders, stakeholders and engineers to the same table. Through discovery workshops we clarify who the product is for and what problem it solves, then turn that into a prioritised roadmap and technical requirements. You leave with documents your own team, another partner or we can build from.

What we deliver

Discovery workshops

Structured sessions to align on users, goals, constraints and the outcomes the product must achieve.

Product roadmap

A phased plan from first release to later stages, with clear goals for each phase rather than a long feature wish list.

Feature prioritisation

Features ranked by user value, business impact and effort, so the first release contains what matters most.

Technical requirements

User stories, platform choices, architecture outline, integrations and non-functional needs written for developers.

Estimates and risk review

Realistic estimates per phase and an early look at technical, store and compliance risks.

How we approach it

Strategy from builders

Our recommendations come from a team that designs, builds and publishes apps, so every plan is grounded in what is feasible.

Decisions, not decks

Workshops end with concrete choices about scope, platform and order of work, written down and agreed.

Independent of who builds

The roadmap and requirements are yours to use with any team. There is no obligation to continue with us.

How we work

  1. 01

    Discovery

A short call to understand your goals, users and constraints. You get a clear scope, timeline and estimate.

  2. 02

    Design

User flows and high-fidelity screens that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines — reviewed together before a line of code.

  3. 03

    Build

Iterative development in Swift and SwiftUI with regular TestFlight builds, so you can try the app on your own iPhone as it grows.

  4. 04

    Launch

App Store assets, submission and review handled end to end. Your app goes live under your own developer account.

  5. 05

    Support

Bug fixes, iOS version updates and new features after launch — based on real user feedback and analytics.

Questions

What happens in a product discovery workshop?

We map your users and their problems, review competitors and existing tools, agree on the core value of the product and outline the main user journeys. The workshop ends with a shortlist of decisions and the open questions still to resolve.

How do you prioritise features for a roadmap?

We score each feature on user value, business impact, effort and risk, then group them into phases with a clear goal for each. Features that do not serve a phase goal are parked rather than squeezed in.

Do we have to hire you to build the product afterwards?

No. The deliverables are written so that any capable team can use them. Many clients do continue with us, but the strategy work stands on its own.

Can you help choose between native, cross-platform and web?

Yes. It is one of the most common decisions we help with. We weigh your feature needs, budget, timeline and hiring plans, and explain the trade-offs of each option plainly.
