One codebase, two stores, no compromises you didn’t choose
Cross-platform development lets you reach iPhone and Android users with a single codebase, a single team and a single release schedule. It is often the fastest route to market, but it is not always the right one. We work in both Flutter and React Native, and because we also build fully native apps, we can tell you honestly where a shared codebase will shine and where it will fight you. When it fits, we build an app that still respects each platform’s look and behavior.
What we deliver
Stack decision
A recommendation between Flutter, React Native or native, based on your features, team and long-term plans.
Shared app codebase
One codebase producing an iOS and an Android app, with platform-specific touches where they matter.
Native modules
Custom Swift and Kotlin bridges for device features the frameworks do not cover out of the box.
Parallel store releases
Coordinated submissions to the App Store and Google Play so both audiences get each version at the same time.
How we approach it
Honest about the trade-offs
Heavy hardware use, advanced camera work or day-one adoption of new OS features usually point to native. We say so before you commit.
Native expertise under the hood
Our iOS and Android experience means we can drop into platform code whenever a plugin falls short, instead of working around it.
Platform-aware design
Shared code does not mean identical screens. Navigation, dialogs and gestures follow each platform’s conventions where users notice.

How we work
- 01
Discovery
A short call to understand your goals, users and constraints. You get a clear scope, timeline and estimate.
- 02
Design
User flows and high-fidelity screens that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines — reviewed together before a line of code.
- 03
Build
Iterative development in Swift and SwiftUI with regular TestFlight builds, so you can try the app on your own iPhone as it grows.
- 04
Launch
App Store assets, submission and review handled end to end. Your app goes live under your own developer account.
- 05
Support
Bug fixes, iOS version updates and new features after launch — based on real user feedback and analytics.
Questions
Flutter or React Native?
Flutter gives very consistent rendering and strong performance for custom, design-heavy interfaces. React Native suits teams with JavaScript or React experience and products that share logic with a web app. We recommend one after discovery.
Swift or Flutter: when is native the better choice?
Choose native when the app depends on deep hardware access, widgets and extensions, a very small app size, or adopting new iOS features immediately. For most content, commerce and productivity apps, Flutter is a strong option.
Will a cross-platform app feel slower?
For the vast majority of apps, users will not notice a difference. Performance issues usually come from architecture, not the framework, and we profile on real devices before release.
Can we switch to native later?
Yes. The backend and product design carry over, and we can rebuild one platform natively while the other stays cross-platform, or move both over in phases.
