This policy explains how DAGTECHAPPS (“dagtech”, “we”), an app development studio based in Istanbul, Turkey, handles personal data collected through this website, dagtechapps.com. Our apps on the App Store have their own privacy policies, linked from each App Store listing.
Data we collect
Contact form and email. When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, project type, budget and timeline. The form is delivered to our inbox by email through our email delivery provider, Resend. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message.
Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. It records anonymous information such as pages visited, referring website, country, browser and device type, and clicks on links such as App Store buttons.
Server logs. Like any website, our server may briefly log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to prevent abuse of the contact form.
Why we use it
We use contact details only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about your project. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the website. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the duration of our business relationship and any legally required period. Analytics data contains no personal identifiers.
Your rights
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. To make a request, email berkant@dagtechapps.com. We reply within one business day.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
