Questions
How do you handle multi-tenancy in a SaaS product?
Usually with a shared database where every record belongs to an organisation, enforced by backend policies such as row-level security. For customers with stricter requirements we can isolate data further. We choose the model during discovery based on your market and compliance needs.
Which payment providers do you integrate for subscriptions?
For web billing we typically use Stripe, including trials, proration, coupons and customer portals. For mobile we implement App Store and Google Play subscriptions and keep entitlements in sync across platforms.
Can our SaaS have a mobile app as well as a web app?
Yes. We build the backend as a shared API, so a web app and iOS or Android apps can run on the same accounts, data and subscriptions.
Can you add SaaS features to an existing single-tenant product?
Often, yes. We review the current data model, plan the migration to organisations and plans, and roll it out in stages so existing users are not disrupted.
