MVP Development

MVP development that gets you to real users, fast

An MVP is not a smaller version of your full vision. It is the shortest path to evidence that people want what you are building. We help you decide which features earn a place in version one, prototype the core flow before writing production code, and ship a first release that is small but solid. Most MVPs take four to eight weeks. Analytics are wired in from the first build, so launch day starts the learning instead of the guesswork.

What we deliver

Scope definition

A short discovery phase that turns your idea into one core user journey, a ranked feature list and a fixed estimate.

Clickable prototype

An interactive prototype of the main flow you can put in front of users or investors before development starts.

Production-ready first version

A real app or web product built on a codebase that can grow, not a throwaway demo that has to be rewritten later.

Analytics and event tracking

Key events, funnels and retention tracking set up before launch, so you can see where users succeed and where they drop off.

Launch and store submission

Deployment, App Store and Google Play submission under your own accounts, plus a plan for the first iteration.

How we approach it

One problem, solved well

We push back on features that do not test your core assumption. A narrow MVP launches sooner and gives clearer signals.

Built to keep, not to discard

We choose architecture and stack with version two in mind, so a successful MVP becomes the foundation rather than technical debt.

Measured from the start

Every MVP ships with the questions it is meant to answer and the metrics that will answer them.

How we work

  1. 01

    Discovery

A short call to understand your goals, users and constraints. You get a clear scope, timeline and estimate.

  2. 02

    Design

User flows and high-fidelity screens that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines — reviewed together before a line of code.

  3. 03

    Build

Iterative development in Swift and SwiftUI with regular TestFlight builds, so you can try the app on your own iPhone as it grows.

  4. 04

    Launch

App Store assets, submission and review handled end to end. Your app goes live under your own developer account.

  5. 05

    Support

Bug fixes, iOS version updates and new features after launch — based on real user feedback and analytics.

Questions

What should be in an MVP?

The single journey that proves your product’s value, plus the minimum around it: sign-up if needed, the core action, and a way to measure whether users come back. Admin panels, settings screens and secondary features can usually wait.

How long does MVP development take?

Most MVPs take four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed estimate based on the agreed scope.

Should my MVP be a mobile app or a web app?

It depends on where your users already are and what the product needs. If you rely on the camera, notifications or offline use, mobile often makes sense. If you need fast iteration and easy sharing, a web app can be the quicker test. We help you decide during discovery.

What happens after the MVP launches?

We review the analytics with you, decide what to keep, change or remove, and plan the next iteration. Many clients continue with us for ongoing development, but the code is yours and you are free to take it elsewhere.
