Questions
Can you take over code another agency wrote?
Yes. We start with a review of the codebase, build setup and store accounts, then share a short report on its condition and any urgent risks before taking on regular maintenance.
What happens to my app when a new iOS or Android version comes out?
Most apps keep running, but new versions can change permissions, background behaviour, layouts and required SDK versions. We test against beta releases and ship any needed updates in time for the public release.
How do we request fixes or small changes?
Through a shared issue tracker or a direct channel with our team. We reply to every request within one business day and agree priorities with you.
Is maintenance billed monthly or per task?
Either works. Some clients prefer a monthly plan with a set amount of time, others prefer to request work as needed. We recommend the option that fits how often your app changes.
