Make your app fast, stable and light
Users rarely complain about performance. They just leave. Slow launches, stutter while scrolling, crashes and battery drain all show up in ratings and retention. We find out where your app actually spends its time and resources by profiling on real devices, then fix the causes rather than the symptoms. Every change is measured against a baseline, so you can see exactly what improved, from launch time and memory to crash-free sessions and network usage.
What we deliver
Launch time
Profiling of cold and warm starts, deferring non-essential work and trimming startup dependencies.
Memory and smooth UI
Leak detection, image and list optimisation, and fixes for dropped frames during scrolling and animation.
Crash reduction
Analysis of crash reports by impact, root-cause fixes and safeguards against recurring failures.
Battery and background work
Review of location use, timers, background tasks and wake-ups that drain the battery.
Network efficiency
Caching, request batching, payload size and offline handling to make the app feel fast on weak connections.
How we approach it
Measure first
We establish a baseline on representative devices before changing anything, so improvements are proven, not assumed.
Fix the biggest wins
Work is ordered by user impact. The issue affecting most sessions comes before the one that is merely interesting.
Keep it fast
We add monitoring and simple performance checks so regressions are caught in future releases.

How we work
- 01
Discovery
A short call to understand your goals, users and constraints. You get a clear scope, timeline and estimate.
- 02
Design
User flows and high-fidelity screens that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines — reviewed together before a line of code.
- 03
Build
Iterative development in Swift and SwiftUI with regular TestFlight builds, so you can try the app on your own iPhone as it grows.
- 04
Launch
App Store assets, submission and review handled end to end. Your app goes live under your own developer account.
- 05
Support
Bug fixes, iOS version updates and new features after launch — based on real user feedback and analytics.
Questions
Why is my app slow to open?
Common causes include heavy work on the main thread at startup, too many SDKs initialised at launch, large assets and synchronous network calls. Profiling shows which of these applies to your app.
How do you find the cause of crashes we cannot reproduce?
We combine crash reports, device and OS breakdowns, breadcrumbs and logs to narrow down the conditions, then reproduce them on matching devices or add targeted logging in the next release.
Can you reduce battery drain in a location-based app?
Usually, yes. Adjusting location accuracy, using significant-change and geofencing APIs, and batching background work can cut battery use considerably without hurting the feature.
Do you optimize Flutter and React Native apps as well as native ones?
Yes. Cross-platform apps have their own bottlenecks, such as unnecessary rebuilds, bridge traffic and oversized bundles, and we profile them with the right tools for each framework.
