User Acquisition

Paid user acquisition you can measure

Buying installs is easy. Buying users who stay and pay, at a cost the business can sustain, is the hard part. We plan and run app install campaigns on Apple Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta and TikTok, and we start by making sure attribution works, because on iOS that means SKAdNetwork, AdAttributionKit and careful conversion value design. From there we test creatives and audiences in a structured way and judge campaigns on retention and revenue, not on cost per install alone. Budgets stay in your accounts.

What we deliver

Apple Ads (formerly Apple Search Ads)

Search result campaigns structured by brand, category, competitor and discovery keywords, linked to custom product pages where relevant.

Google App Campaigns

Install and in-app action campaigns across Search, Play, YouTube and Display, with conversion events chosen to match real value.

Meta and TikTok app campaigns

Social app campaigns with audience and placement setup, built around a steady supply of new creatives.

Attribution setup

SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit configuration, conversion value mapping and integration with an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Singular.

Creative testing

Video and static ad concepts produced and tested in rounds, so winning angles inform both ads and store creatives.

CPI, ROAS and cohort reporting

Reporting that connects spend to installs, trials, retention and revenue by channel and campaign.

How we approach it

Measurement before spend

We set up attribution, conversion events and revenue tracking first. Scaling a campaign you cannot measure only makes the uncertainty more expensive.

Judge users, not installs

A low cost per install can hide poor retention. We compare channels on downstream metrics such as trial starts, day-7 retention and return on ad spend.

Creatives as the main lever

With automated bidding doing more of the targeting, creative quality decides much of the result. We treat creative production and testing as continuous work.

Questions

Do you manage ad budgets?

We manage campaigns inside your own ad accounts, and spend is billed directly to you by the platforms. We do not resell media or take a margin on spend. We agree on budget limits and targets with you before launching, and you keep full access throughout.

Which channel should we start with?

It depends on the app. Apple Ads often suits apps with clear search demand on iOS, because it reaches people already searching in the App Store. Google App Campaigns cover Android well. Meta and TikTok can work for apps with a strong visual story. We usually start with one or two channels and expand once tracking and unit economics are clear.

How does attribution work on iOS after App Tracking Transparency?

For users who do not opt in to tracking, ad networks rely on Apple’s privacy-preserving frameworks, SKAdNetwork and its successor AdAttributionKit, which report installs and limited post-install signals with delays and aggregation. We design conversion values around your key events and use an MMP to combine these signals with other data.

Do we need a mobile measurement partner (MMP)?

Not always. If you run a single channel, the platform’s own reporting may be enough at first. Once you run several networks, an MMP gives one consistent view of attribution and makes it easier to compare channels fairly.

What budget do we need to start?

Enough to collect meaningful data per campaign, which varies by country, category and channel. We will recommend a test budget for your situation and explain how we expect to use it, rather than quote a generic figure.
