App Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the iOS apps published by DAGTECHAPPS (“dagtech”, “we”), Istanbul, Turkey. The general rules below apply to every app; the section “App-specific details” lists what each app that uses an online service processes.
General principles
Our apps do not require an account unless stated below. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps and websites.
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Your card details never reach us.
Data is sent over encrypted connections and is used only to provide the app’s features.
App-specific details
Genius
No account. Your chat history is stored only on your device. We do not store the content of your messages on our systems.
AI replies.When you ask a question, your message, the recent part of the conversation and any photo you choose for Snap & Solve are sent to our AI service provider, OpenAI, to generate a reply and to block inappropriate content. OpenAI’s own privacy terms apply. Please avoid sharing sensitive information such as passwords, health data or ID numbers.
Limited information we keep. The app creates a random, anonymous ID on your device. Linked to it we keep your daily usage counts (to apply the free limit), your subscription status, a technical key confirming the app runs on a genuine device, and general, content-free information about which screens are used. If you report a reply, the reason and a short excerpt are saved. We keep this until you ask us to delete it.
Service providers. OpenAI (AI replies), RevenueCat and Apple (subscriptions).
Deleting data. Delete chats on your device under Settings › Delete chat history, or by deleting the app. To delete the anonymous information we keep, email berkant@dagtechapps.com.
Children
Our apps are not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights and contact
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email berkant@dagtechapps.com. We reply within one business day.
We may update this policy when our apps change. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Bu politika DAGTECHAPPS (“dagtech”, “biz”) tarafından yayımlanan iOS uygulamaları için geçerlidir. Aşağıdaki genel kurallar tüm uygulamalarımız için geçerlidir; “Uygulamaya özel bilgiler” bölümünde çevrim içi hizmet kullanan her uygulamanın neyi işlediği yazılıdır.
Genel ilkeler
Aşağıda aksi belirtilmedikçe uygulamalarımız hesap gerektirmez. Verilerini satmaz, reklam için kullanmaz ve seni başka uygulama ve sitelerde takip etmeyiz.
Ödemeler ve abonelikler Apple tarafından yürütülür; kart bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz.
Veriler şifreli bağlantı üzerinden gönderilir ve yalnızca uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak için kullanılır.
Uygulamaya özel bilgiler
Genius
Hesap yok. Sohbet geçmişin yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Mesajlarının içeriğini kendi sistemlerimizde saklamayız.
Yapay zeka yanıtları.Bir soru sorduğunda mesajın, sohbetin son kısmı ve Çek & Çöz için seçtiğin fotoğraf, yanıt üretmek ve uygunsuz içeriği engellemek için yapay zeka hizmet sağlayıcımız OpenAI’a iletilir. OpenAI’ın kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir. Şifre, sağlık bilgisi, kimlik numarası gibi hassas bilgileri paylaşmamanı öneririz.
Tuttuğumuz sınırlı bilgiler. Uygulama cihazında rastgele, anonim bir kimlik oluşturur. Bu kimlikle birlikte günlük kullanım sayılarını (ücretsiz limiti uygulamak için), abonelik durumunu, uygulamanın gerçek bir cihazda çalıştığını doğrulayan teknik bir anahtarı ve hangi ekranların kullanıldığına dair içerik içermeyen genel bilgileri tutarız. Bir yanıtı bildirirsen seçtiğin neden ve kısa bir alıntı kaydedilir. Silinmesini isteyene kadar saklarız.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar. OpenAI (yapay zeka yanıtları), RevenueCat ve Apple (abonelikler).
Verileri silme. Cihazındaki sohbetleri Ayarlar › Sohbet geçmişini sil ile ya da uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin. Bizdeki anonim bilgilerin silinmesi için berkant@dagtechapps.com adresine yaz.
Çocuklar
Uygulamalarımız 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.
