Arrow Pop Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the iOS game Arrow Pop, published by DAGTECHAPPS (“dagtech”, “we”), Istanbul, Turkey. It explains what information is processed when you play.
No account, progress on your device
The game does not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email or phone number. Your progress (levels, stars, coins, gems and settings) is stored only on your device.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
To stay free, the game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers (including the advertising identifier, IDFA, only if you allow it), IP address, approximate location, device information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. If you decline the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, your advertising identifier is not used. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google’s consent form and can change their choice at any time under Settings › Privacy Options in the game. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (for example which levels are started, won or failed, and how long a level takes) so we can balance difficulty and fix problems, and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports. This information is linked to a random app instance ID, not to your identity. We also use Firebase Remote Config to adjust game settings without an update.
Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)
In-app purchases are processed by Apple; your payment details never reach us. RevenueCat verifies purchases and keeps a purchase history linked to an anonymous ID so that items like No Ads can be restored.
Notifications and Game Center
If you allow notifications, reminders (for example when your lives are full) are scheduled locally on your device. If you use Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple’s leaderboards under your Game Center profile.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Deleting data and your rights
Deleting the game removes all game data stored on your device. Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to access or delete data linked to your anonymous IDs. Email berkant@dagtechapps.com; we reply within one business day.
We may update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Hesap yok, ilerleme cihazında
Oyun hesap açmanı istemez; adını, e-postanı veya telefon numaranı toplamayız. İlerlemen (bölümler, yıldızlar, altın, elmas, ayarlar) yalnızca cihazında saklanır.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Oyun ücretsiz kalabilmek için Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. AdMob; reklam göstermek, ölçmek ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için cihaz tanımlayıcılarını (reklam kimliği / IDFA yalnızca izin verirsen), IP adresini, yaklaşık konumu, cihaz bilgilerini ve reklam etkileşimlerini işleyebilir. iOS’un Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı penceresinde izin vermezsen reklam kimliğin kullanılmaz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre’deki kullanıcılardan Google’ın onay formuyla izin istenir; tercihini oyunda Ayarlar › Gizlilik Seçenekleri’nden değiştirebilirsin. Analiz ve çökme raporları (Google Firebase)
Zorluğu dengelemek ve sorunları gidermek için oyunun nasıl oynandığını (örneğin hangi bölümlerin başlatıldığı, kazanıldığı ya da kaybedildiği ve ne kadar sürdüğü) Firebase Analytics ile, çökme raporlarını Firebase Crashlytics ile alırız. Bu bilgiler kimliğine değil, rastgele bir uygulama kimliğine bağlıdır. Oyun ayarlarını güncelleme gerektirmeden değiştirmek için Firebase Remote Config kullanırız.
Satın alımlar (Apple ve RevenueCat)
Uygulama içi satın alımlar Apple tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. RevenueCat satın alımları doğrular ve Reklamsız gibi ürünlerin geri yüklenebilmesi için anonim bir kimliğe bağlı satın alma geçmişini tutar.
Bildirimler ve Game Center
İzin verirsen hatırlatmalar (örneğin canların dolduğunda) cihazında yerel olarak planlanır. Game Center kullanırsan skorların Game Center profilinle Apple’ın sıralamalarına gönderilir.
Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
Verilerin silinmesi ve hakların
Oyunu silmek cihazındaki tüm oyun verilerini kaldırır. KVKK ve uygulandığı durumlarda GDPR kapsamında anonim kimliklerine bağlı verilere erişme veya silinmesini isteme hakkın vardır: berkant@dagtechapps.com.
