These terms apply to the iOS apps published by DAGTECHAPPS. Together with Apple’s Apple Standard EULA, they govern your use of our apps. By using an app you accept these terms.
Subscriptions
Some apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
AI features
Answers produced by AI features may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them alone for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You are responsible for how you use them.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to create illegal, harmful or abusive content, to infringe others’ rights, or to abuse the service (for example by sending automated requests or trying to bypass limits or security measures). We may refuse requests or limit access in such cases.
Liability and changes
The apps are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Bu şartlar DAGTECHAPPS tarafından yayımlanan iOS uygulamaları için geçerlidir ve Apple’ın Apple Standard EULA metniyle birlikte uygulanır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersin.
Abonelikler
Bazı uygulamalarımız otomatik yenilenen abonelik sunar. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliği hesabından alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmazsa kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır. Aboneliğini Apple Kimliği hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
Yapay zeka özellikleri
Yapay zeka yanıtları yanlış, eksik veya güncel olmayabilir. Tıbbi, hukuki, finansal ya da güvenlikle ilgili kararlarda tek başına dayanak yapma. Nasıl kullandığından sen sorumlusun.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamalarımızı yasa dışı, zarar verici veya taciz edici içerik üretmek, başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek ya da hizmeti kötüye kullanmak (otomatik istek göndermek, limitleri veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak gibi) için kullanamazsın. Bu durumlarda istekleri reddedebilir veya erişimi sınırlayabiliriz.
Sorumluluk ve değişiklikler
Uygulamalar, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Özellikleri değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabilir, bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel tarih yukarıda yazar.
